The Essentials of Pub Management (EPM)
This 3 day course is for new and existing licensees or those who have been promoted into management. It will provide the core skills and knowledge needed to manage successful licensed premises.
We offer an easy and effective blended approach when delivering the Essentials of Pub Management. We have combined a range of seven e-learning courses that you will complete alongside a three day face-to-face training programme which will enhance your pub management skills.
